You could always snag a copy of the Ultrasport 60 plan at Aerofred for free and scale it down to the span and chord you want for the 40.

It would be great if you could scan the plans and make a pdf file. Then post the plans here, or at www.outerzone.co.uk , or at www.aerofred.com .
This plan has been impossible for me to find for several years, except for a 9x12 reduction. I am sure there are many guys who would love to scratch build one of these beautiful planes. I certainly would! Thanks for your consideration.

Well, no one has come up with a proper plan so far, so I have enlarged the 9x12 to "full size" and uploaded it on this site. I can't see the download file as I write this, so I'm
not sure it really will appear here. Here's hoping!
