Guys, thanks for the inputs last weekend, unfortunately nothing worked and we find that the problem was the ignition, it was not sending any spark to the plugs, fortunately there was another Moki 250...

Thanks we did that, spark plugs were wet..
we also tryed to see if we see a spark on the ignition cups with the spark removed from tje engine but didn't see the spark, could the ignition be damaged?...
